The CWOL Naval Academy offers instruction at the tactical (ship/squdron) and operational levels which can be used by either nation in its training program. This instruction includes one interactive exercise in the processes of planning and executing an amphibious landing in GQ plus information about ACW era naval doctrine. The cadre of the Academy will assist in the processing and administration of the instruction as coordinated by the Secretary of Navy. However, the formulation of the national training program, supplemental mentoring and/or remedial instruction is the responsibility of the appointed Inspector General.
While the nature of the Naval Academy is one of de-centralized execution, there will need to be coordination effected if a national training program wants to use the interactive exercise or seeks supplemental support. To standardize the procedures for support see the guidelines listed below.
