Industrial College

Charter

The Industrial College offers instruction in the procedures and processes associated with the CWOL econmic module, Capitalists, Patriots, & Greed (CPAG). This instruction is not a prescriptive requirement for those players who will use CPAG but it will assist the players in understanding the use of the module interface procedures and the overall process. This instruction is open for use by any player but is designed as the introduction of the national Sectretary of the Treasury to CPAG. This instruction includes a self-paced tutorial in use of CPAG as well as an explanation of how it can integrate into the national grand strategy. The cadre of the Industrial College will assist in the processing and administration of the instruction as coordinated by the national Inspector General.

Utilization of the Industrial College

While the nature of the Industrial College is one of de-centralized execution. There is a requirement to coordinate supplemental support if it is desired by the national Inspector General.

The Industrial College will support any national training program provided:

• assistance is requested
• there are no conflicts identified by the cadre upon receiving the request for assistance

The national Inspector General must:

• request support
• specify what the nature of the support that is needed
