Charter
The School of Advanced Studies offers instruction at the
operational (corps/army or theater) and strategy levels which can be used by
either nation in its training program. The cadre of the School will assist in the processing
and administration instruction as coordinated by the Secretary
of War (CWOL) or War Minister (NWOL). However, the formulation of the national training
program, supplemental mentoring and/or remedial instruction is
the responsibility of the appointed Inspector General (CWOL) or Event
Coordinator.
Utilization of the School of Advanced
Studies
To standardize the procedures for support see the
guidelines listed below.
The School of Advanced Studies will support
any national training program provided:
- assistance is requested
- appropriate advance notice is made to
the cadre
- there are no conflicts identified by
the cadre upon receiving the request for assistance
The national Inspector General or Event
Coordinator must:
- request support for executing the exercise
- identify the start and stop dates of
the exercise
- specify the turn frequency of the exercise
(1x, 2x, or 3x per week)
- perform Super User functions for the
exercise
The exercise GA will:
- run the turn(s)
- post the exercise Battle News to a Web
Site
- provide a "ground truth" map
for the Inspector General, if requested
- provide an archive file of the exercise
to the Inspector General
The exercise GA can stop the
exercise without notice for player non-compliance of game procedure
or failure of player participation
