Players Guild Awards
The Players Guild Awards system is based upon the individual member's performance. Currently, the main driver for awrds is participation in CWOL.  Each member is awarded by his national team leadership those awards below that represent his accomplishments in that iteration of the HOLF event.

The basis for awards in the Guild are three criteria: experience, achievement in a player's "station" in the team command hierarchy, and, only when warranted, valor or merit on the battlefield.

The decorations shown above are earned for the following actions:

bulletExperience - earned when each Guild member plays 24 turns or the duration of one of the listed HOLF events.
bulletAchievement - earned by each Guild member when he completes a HOLF-sanctioned school or he serves in one of the following capacities - division commander, corps commander, field army or national chief of staff, field army commander or National Commanding General.
bulletValor/Merit - each of these decorations are awarded for a separate event.  It is possible to get multiple awards of each decorations though unlikely when involving the higher awards.
bulletWounds Ribbon - awarded when the commander of a HQs unit or unique formation is killed or captured.
bulletBattle Star - awarded for each iteration when a Guild member is involved in battle involving more than 200 men and lasting 3 or more turns. This award is designed for multiple citations during each CWOL or other HOLF event.
bulletMedal of Endeavor - awarded by the Guild based on the commendation of the Guild member's senior leadership and concurred with by the responsible module GA.
bulletGuild Cross - awarded to Guild members based on commendation by the national leadership and concurred with by a majority of the GACC. This is award is intended to be rarely presented.
