2. No material on Distance Simulations Group or Historical OnLine Learning Foundation websites should be construed as advocating colonialism, Slavery, the oppression and denigration of native peoples, or promoting any particular political, racial, social, or moral agenda or viewpoint.

Any email connected to a Distance Simulations Group or Historical OnLine Learning Foundation project sent from one player to another game entity that is deemed as unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law, that said player will be removed from the game without notice.

10. The software of Historical OnLine Learning Foundation is provided as is and with all faults. Historical OnLine Learning Foundation makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the quality, safety or suitability of the software, either expressed or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. Further, Historical OnLine Learning Foundation makes no representations or warranties as to the truth, accuracy and/or completeness of any statements, information or materials concerning the software that is contained in Historical OnLine Learning Foundation Internet sites. In no event will Historical OnLine Learning Foundation be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental of consequential damages, however they arise and even if Historical OnLine Learning Foundation has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
