19. (2-8-08) The Republic of France and the Kingdom of Portugal ratify the Non Aggression Treaty of Oporto.
The good states of Portugal and France agree to enter into a treaty where both declare that they will not declare war upon each other. Both parties pledge to seek and promote peace, increase trade and prosperity between the two states.

Treaty of Friendship and Common Defense, henceforth called the Defensive
Treaty of Geneva . Pursuant to this:
1) France and the Swiss state agree to defend each other,
against any state that may declare war upon either of them.
2) This Treaty is defensive only, Switzerland and France are not required
to join each other in a war initiated by the other signatory of this Treaty.
In the event of one of the signatories declaring war upon another state which
may be allied or have a defensive treaty with the other signatory, this treaty
may declared void by either party.
3) This agreement shall continue for two calendar years starting
from Winter 1793, when it may be renewed, excepting as it is voided by mutual
consent of all the parties involved, is voided by events, or is superseded by
other agreements.
15. (2-7-08) The French Republic and Kingdom of Holland ratify the Defensive Treaty of Liege.
In respect of the longstanding friendship between France and Holland ,
The Republic of France and the Stadholderate of Holland have agreed to enact a
Treaty of Friendship and Common Defense, henceforth called the
Treaty of Liege . Pursuant to this:
1) France and Holland agree to defend each other, against any
state that may declare war upon either of them.
2) This Treaty is defensive only, Holland and France are not required to
join each other in a war initiated by the other signatory of this Treaty.
In the event of one of the signatories declaring war upon another state which

14. (2-7-08) The Kingdom of Naples, Kingdom of Tuscany, Kingdom of Sardinia, Republic of Lombardy, the Venetian Republic, and the Papal States ratify the Accord of the Itallina Federation of Independent States.
Article 1 - No signatory shall antagonize nor seek to antagonize any other,
whether by military/naval force or diplomatic means.
Article 2 - No signatory will move troops onto another's territory without prior
consent.
Article 3 - In times of crisis, any signatory can request the support of any
other. In such a case, individual signatories will discuss and individually
decide to what extent and through what means this support will come. This
support can come in the form of direct alliance and/or military/naval aid or as
economic and/or diplomatic sanctions against hostile parties or any other form
of aid as is deemed necessary by both parties.
Article 3.5 - Any unprovoked hostile attack on any of the signatories shall be
seen as an attack on all others and will be treated as such.
Article 4 - No signatory will make demands of any kind on any other signatory
and each will respect the decisions of discussions arising from article 3.
Article 5 - All ports of any signatory are open, once a request is submitted by
the visiting nation, to ships of any other signatory for shelter, repair
and resupplying. Any costs involved will be paid by the signatory owning the
ship(s) in question unless otherwise agreed.
13. (2-7-08) The Kingdom of Great Britain, the Grand Duchy of Hannover, and the Russian Empire ratify the Treaty of St. Petersburg.
a) agreeing that an Alliance is formed between the signatory parties who
shall act in concert for their common good and defense,
(b) committing the military (land and sea) forces and resources of both
signatories to the support of the other in case of attack by another country,
(c) providing port access and supply at all ports under jurisdiction regardless
of theatre,
(d) agreeing to jointly share in any rewards stemming from joint military or
diplomatic actions on a pro-rata basis consistent with each country's military
and resource contribution,
(e) agreeing to discuss any potential foreign relations matters which might have
a bearing on either signatory and agreeing not to unnecessarily antagonize other
countries without joint consultation,
(f) providing timely access to all available intelligence information, whether
military, diplomatic or economic,
(g) and agreeing that this agreement can be expanded to include other countries
subject to the approval of all current signatories.
12. (2-7-08) The Swiss Confederation and the Hapsburg Monarchy ratify the Holy Roman Empire - Swiss Confederation Peace Agreement.
In the interest of perpetual peace between the Holy Roman Empire and the
Cantons of the Swiss Confederation, it is solemnly agreed that neither shall
invade the other, nor shall they give passage or supply to any nation invading
the other. Either may withdraw from this agreement upon two full seasons
notice delivered to the other's foreign ministry.
11. (2-7-08) The Kingdom of Great Britain and the French Republic ratify the Treaty of Paris.
This treaty will officially take effect at the start of Turn 1 (Winter,
1793), by which the parties agree that no adverse or aggressive military (land
or
sea) or economic action is to be taken between the signatory parties for a
period of two seasons, after which this agreement shall cease, unless reaffirmed
by both parties.
