Serving As War Minister

The War Minister is generally responsible for all government actions affecting GITM. The War Minister has three main functions:
  1. Organize the nation's brigades into armies, and assign commanders to the brigades and higher formations
  2. Manage the national supply organization
  3. Receive and distribution intelligence information.
In order to perform these tasks, the War Minister has access to a special Ministry report each turn, and can send orders to assign units to players and move supplies from city to city.

Using the War Ministry Report

The War Ministry report, received by the War Minister each turn, has seven sections. Four of them, Orders, Intelligence, Supply Phase, and Casualties Report, give the War Minister information about events happening the previous turn. The last three, Officers Report, Units Report, and Cities Report, give the War Minister information about the status of the nation's military forces for the coming turn
