Each side's War Minister, Treasury Minister, Prime Minister, and Monarch are authorized to rebuild that side's units. Rebuild orders are valid ONLY during peace turns and on the FIRST turn of war campaigns.
Enter the new strength and number of batteries of the units, and the list of unit IDs to be raised to that strength. For example, if you want 1st through 3rd French Infantry and 9th French Light Infantry raised to a strength of 3000 men and no batteries, enter 3000 for strength, 0 for batteries, and FR1IN, FR2IN, FR3IN, and FR9LI for the unit IDs. If the unit is below the listed strength, enough men will be added to bring it up to that strength; for example, if FR3IN has a strength of 2240, then 760 men will be added to raise it to 3000. If the unit is at or above the listed strength, no change will be made.
Infantry units may not be raised above 4000 men and one battery, cavalry units may not be raised above 2000 men and one battery, and artillery may not be raised above 400 men and 4 batteries.
