This site is the official record of the players of CWOL. If any of the information is incorrect or if you would like to change your residence to a different state, please contact both the Game Administrator Central Committee and Jeremy Wakefield, Census Registrar. Please include your full name, State, and E-mail address with all correspondence.

Player Registration Procedures

Through the four iterations of CWOL and participation in other online games, we, the administrators of this game, have seen many instances of players using more than one alias thereby gaining an advantage of learning information from both sides.

In an effort to stop these occurrences, the following registration process is instituted and will be required of all players. Failure to adhere to this process will preclude you from participating in this game.

1. Complete the CWOL Interim Registration Process by sending an email to The CWOL Registration Desk. You will be notified via e-mail where to proceed. Fully complete the registration process, including providing your name and complete mailing address. (No P.O. Boxes)

2. Confirmation of the data you provide in the initial registration process will be confirmed via the most un-intrusive method possible.

1. If we are not able to confirm your information from public access sources - a letter containing a postcard will be mailed to you. The postcard will already have postage.
2. Fill out the postcard and return it to the address provided.
3. Upon receipt of the card, you will be placed on the census.

3. Regardless of the method of confirmation, once your name is listed in the matrix below in the state you selected, you will be a fully registered player.

4. Concurrent with your registration, you will be added to the Historical OnLine Learning Foundation (HOLF) Players' Guild to facilitate your enrollment in future iterations of CWOL or other HOLF-sponsored games.
