The Academy has four phases.
Phase 1- Cadet "Entrance
Exam" - Applicants to the Academy must be able to
install WBTS software and perform basic communication functions.

Phase 2- Plebe Year: the
Parade Field - new cadets learn basic movement controls.
Phase 3- Yearling Year:
the Firing Range - experienced cadets learn to use their primary
weapon.
Phase 4- Upperclassmen
Year(s): Field Craft - senior cadets learn navigation skills, basic
skills needed to survive in the field, and embark on a
naval or rail transport.
Graduation- Upon completion of all
tasks, Cadets graduate and leave Academy control. Recent graduates will
be presented to the President of the national team of their choice for
subsequent assignment.
